Gloucester City Museum & Art Gallery

Client: Gloucester City Council

Goal: Fill the 19^th century museum building with exciting displays and exhibits for a modern youthful audience.

Delivery: We worked with a multi-skilled team of researchers, illustrators, model makers, set builders and scenic painters to take visitors on a journey through Gloucester’s history from the age of the dinosaurs to the present day. The objects in the collection were complemented by imaginative contextual settings, and older children could use actual scientific equipment to explore the miniature world of microbes and chemistry.

Result: A thoroughly modern museum delivering an outstanding experience to younger visitors.
